If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier office before contacting us.

8. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we may contact you to arrange reshipment, which may incur additional shipping fees. In some cases, we may cancel the order and issue a refund minus any original shipping and handling charges, subject to our discretion and applicable laws.

9. Split Shipments
